PUBLIC HEARING

The following public hearings have been scheduled for May 20, 2013 at 6:00PM (or as soon thereafter as agenda conditions permit) at the Putnam Valley Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley, New York, 10579. All interested parties are invited to attend and will be heard. A copy of the application materials and plans may be inspected during normal business hours at the office of the Planning Board Clerk, Town of Putnam Valley Town Hall.

1. Homeland Towers, LLC-1135 Williams Drive
(TM# 84.-2-48/File: 2010-0064)

On March 12, 2012, the Planning Board issued a Negative Declaration of Significance and granted Site Development Plan Approval and a Major Grading Permit. The applicant satisfied the conditions of approval, the Site Development Plans were signed by the Planning Board, and construction is underway. The applicant has determined that blasting is necessary to achieve final grade and has requested that the Planning Board amend its approvals to allow for same.

2.Winogradoff, Susan-601 Oscawana Lake Road
(TM# 62.-1-22 and 23/File: 2013-0113)

The subject property includes two tax parcels totaling ±12.017 acres of land located on Oscawana Lake Road and within the CD and R-3 Zoning Districts. The proposed action involves a lot line realignment between the lands of Winogradoff (62.-1-23) and Malloy (62.-1-22) and would result in ±0.28 acres of land being conveyed from Malloy to Winogradoff.


3.Kilduff, Jennifer-152 West Shore Drive
(TM# 62.10-1-45/File 2013-0116)

The applicant is proposing an addition to a single-family residence located on West Shore Drive and within the R-3 Zoning District; the subject property consists of ±0.24 acres of land and is located on Lake Oscawana.


4.Fisher/ Albert-Elinor Place
(TM# 83.72-1-7/File 2013-0117)

The subject property totals ±1.27 acres, ±1 acre of which is located in the Town of Philipstown and contains a single-family residence; with the exception of a driveway, the remaining 0.27 acres located in the Town of Putnam Valley is vacant. The owner, John Albert, is proposing a 2-lot subdivision and intends on selling a portion of his property to Arthur Fisher (the applicant) to allow access to Mr. Fisherâs parcel located in the Town of Philipstown.


5.Bernstein, Ben-310 Lake Shore Drive
(TM# 30.18-1-61/File: 2011-0085)

The subject property consists of ±0.78 acres of land and is located on Lake Shore Road and within the R-3 Zoning District. The applicant is proposing an amendment to the previously approved Site Development Plan, Major Grading Permit and Wetland Permit.
